You know those couples who just fit? Like peanut butter and jelly. Or tacos and Tuesdays. That’s Halle and Hunter — a love story that’s been quietly building since middle school, and one that’s now bloomed into the most beautiful forever.
And yesterday — April 5th, surrounded by their closest friends and family — they tied the knot at The Lodge Springs Wedding Venue in Aubrey, Texas.
It. Was. Magic.
Five bridesmaids. Five groomsmen. Spring florals in soft, sunlit colors. The air was full of laughter, happy tears, and the kind of love that makes your heart beat a little harder.

Tucked among the trees, this lodge is straight out of a fairytale.
But before all the “I do’s” and floral perfection, their story started somewhere a lot more unexpected — middle school.
Yep. Halle and Hunter met way back in the days of braces, backpacks, and hallway crushes. They became fast friends — the kind of inseparable, giggly, can’t-wait-to-see-you-after-class kind of best friends. And as the years rolled on, that friendship never faded. Not even when life took them on completely different paths.

Sunnies on, florals poppin’! These spring wedding vibes? Unmatched.

Don’t sleep on the vow books, y’all. Personalized vows deserve a cute home — and they make the sweetest flat lay moment, too!
Hunter’s family moved out to California for their family business, and it could’ve been the end of their story — but it wasn’t. Not even close. Because some people? They’re meant to find their way back.
And Hunter did find his way back — for Halle.
He returned to Texas, heart full, ready to be with the girl he never stopped loving. In his words: “She was my person. I always knew it.”

But the moment everything changed? That happened out dancing one night with friends. Halle had no idea what was about to happen — just a fun night out, music thumping, everyone vibing. Then suddenly, one of their friends pulled her aside on the dance floor and spilled the secret:
“Hunter is in love with you. Like, the real kind of love.”
Cue the record scratch. Cue the butterflies.
Halle decided to give him a chance… and her heart’s been his ever since.
From that moment on, they were inseparable. They moved into a cozy little place in downtown Denton and started building their life — full of love, laughter, and late-night talks about everything and nothing.

Coco Fleur crushed it with these spring bouquets that doubled as centerpieces. Florals doing double duty and looking fabulous doing it.

Halle was deep into her psychology degree, chasing her dreams, and Hunter stood by her through it all. What she loves most about him? His patience. His kindness. The way he never rushed her and always let her be herself — growing, learning, living.

She says he was everything she needed… and more.
And then came the proposal — a real-life fairytale moment in the California mountains. They were visiting Big Bear for Hunter’s dad’s wedding, and went on a peaceful hike just the two of them. There, on a bridge overlooking a lake and mountain views that looked like something straight out of a dream, Hunter dropped to one knee.
Spoiler alert: She said YES.
Not long after, they got the sweetest surprise of all — they were expecting a baby girl. Her name? Ansley — the perfect name for a perfect little soul who made their love story even bigger. And while parenting and planning a wedding at the same time isn’t for the faint of heart, they did it together.
They bought their dream house on 380 in Ponder — a place to grow roots and raise their girl, with room for new memories and a backyard full of giggles and milestones.

They’ll tell you the hardest part of wedding planning was balancing it all while raising a baby. But they’ll also tell you the best part? Doing it together. Every floral decision, every late-night checklist — it was all hand in hand.
Yesterday, it all came together.

April 5th. The Lodge Springs in Aubrey. Five bridesmaids in spring hues. Five groomsmen grinning from ear to ear. And two people who have loved each other through every season finally saying forever.
The spring floral color palette set the scene perfectly — soft blush, pops of peach, creamy whites, and a hint of fresh greenery. It felt like joy in bloom. Every detail echoed their love story — sweet, honest, a little whimsical, and completely them.
As they stood together in front of their people, there was a sense that this wasn’t just a wedding — it was a long-awaited homecoming. A celebration of two souls who always found their way back to each other.

Halle says Hunter is the most patient, loyal, and generous man she’s ever known. And Hunter? He still looks at Halle like he did in middle school — with stars in his eyes and zero chill. He’s been head over heels since day one, and he says it best:
“It was always her. It was meant to be.”

From best friends to parents to partners for life, Halle and Hunter are the real deal — the kind of love story you want to cheer for, the kind you believe in.
And this? This is just their beginning.
