When will we receive our wedding photos and film?
You won't have to wait long to relive the magic! We share wedding-day sneak peeks on social media within 24–72 hours of your big day, giving you a beautiful first look at some of our favorite moments while everything still feels brand new.
Your complete, professionally edited wedding photography gallery and wedding film are digitally delivered within one month of your wedding day.
Why should we choose a second photographer?
1. You can both get ready simultaneously with dedicated coverage.
2. Two photographers capture two perspectives during the moments that only happen once—first looks, walking down the aisle, vows, first kiss, reactions, etc.
3.Cocktail hour coverage! While you’re with you taking family, wedding party and couple portraits, your second photographer can photograph guests, cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres, reception details and all those candid interactions you would otherwise never see.
How many images will we receive?
We don’t believe your wedding story should be limited to a specific number of images. You’ll receive all of your professionally edited images, thoughtfully curated to tell the complete story of your day.

Do you help us create our wedding-day timeline?
Absolutely! Every wedding is different, which is why we create a custom photography schedule designed specifically around your day—your locations, priorities, meaningful moments and the best available light.
Before the wedding, we’ll schedule a personalized Zoom planning meeting with you to walk through your day together, talk through what matters most to you and thoughtfully build your photography schedule from beginning to end.
We’re also happy to coordinate with your planner and vendor team as needed, helping create a seamless flow that gives us plenty of time to capture your story beautifully while allowing you to actually enjoy your wedding day.
What is your photography style?
Our style is a beautiful blend of editorial, organic and candid storytelling. We love imagery that feels elevated and artful, while still looking and feeling like you.
We’ll give you just enough direction to create those gorgeous editorial moments—so you’re never standing there wondering what to do with your hands—but we also know when to step back and let the real moments unfold naturally.
The result is a wedding gallery that feels polished yet effortless, filled with beautiful portraits, genuine connection and all of those perfectly imperfect in-between moments that make your story yours.
Do you have backup equipment?
Absolutely! We arrive prepared with professional backup cameras, lenses, lighting and essential equipment so your wedding day is never dependent on a single piece of gear.
Weddings don’t come with do-overs, and being prepared for the unexpected is an important part of how we care for our couples and their memories.
FAQ
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you’ve booked your wedding venue and officially have your date! Most of our couples reserve their wedding photography 9–18 months in advance, especially for popular spring and fall dates.
That said, every wedding season is different, and occasionally we have beautiful dates available with much less notice. If you’ve found us and feel like we’re the perfect fit, reach out! We’d love to check your date and start dreaming up your day with you.
Can we customize a collection?
Absolutely! Our wedding collections are thoughtfully designed to cover the most important parts of your day, but we know every wedding is beautifully different.
If you need additional coverage, a second photographer, videography, content creation, an engagement or bridal session, or an heirloom album, we can help tailor your collection to better fit your celebration and what matters most to you.

Will you work with our wedding planner and other vendors?
Absolutely! We believe the best wedding days happen when your vendor team works together seamlessly.
We’re happy to collaborate with your wedding planner, venue and vendor team throughout the planning process to make sure your photography schedule flows beautifully with the rest of your day.
Our goal is simple: work together behind the scenes so you can stay present, enjoy every moment and trust that everything is being beautifully taken care of.

Do you carry insurance?
Absolutely! We are fully insured and happy to provide your venue with a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
It’s just one more way we make sure everything is taken care of before your wedding day, so you can focus on celebrating!
What happens after we book?
Once your date is officially reserved, the fun begins! You’ll receive everything you need to start planning your photography experience, and we’ll stay connected as your wedding day gets closer.
Along the way, we’ll photograph your engagement or bridal session if included in your collection, gather all of the important details about your day, and create a preliminary photography schedule for you to review. From there, we’ll schedule a personalized Zoom planning meeting to walk through the schedule together, make adjustments and thoughtfully fine-tune your timeline around your locations, priorities and the best available light.
Then it’s wedding day! We’ll arrive ready to guide you when you need us, step back when the moment calls for it, and artfully capture your story as it unfolds.
Within 24–72 hours, we’ll begin sharing sneak peeks on social media, with your complete professionally edited photography gallery and wedding film digitally delivered within one month of your wedding day.
Do you photograph all of the details?
Absolutely! The little details are part of your story, too. We thoughtfully photograph everything from your rings, invitations, shoes, jewelry and meaningful keepsakes to your florals, ceremony space, reception design, tablescapes, cake, signage and all of those beautiful touches you spent so much time choosing.
